Patient Information
All patients will need to complete an admissions form when receiving any of the hospital's services and treatments. Health insurance documents must also be presented along with authorisation from your doctor.
Please do not take any jewellery and other valuables into the hospital as the hospital cannot be held responsible for their loss.
Please inform your medical team of any allergies you may have and of any medications that you have previously been taking.
Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.
