Sanitas Dental 21 is Sanitas's dental cover in Spain. More than 40 services are included at no charge: consultations, cleanings, all X-rays, extractions (including wisdom teeth) and emergencies. Everything else is 21% off, at exclusive discounted 2026 prices, across the Sanitas Milenium dental network. The "21" refers to that 21% discount.

Yes. Sanitas Dental 21 is included free with any Sanitas Mas Salud plan, the Sanitas student health plan, the Sanitas Residents Visa plan and the Sanitas Professional (no co-payment) plan for the self-employed. If you take one of those, your dental cover is free. Compare the health plans.

The 2026 list includes 46 services at no charge, and the main ones are listed above. Every other treatment's exclusive discounted 2026 price is in the downloadable PDF, valid until 31 December 2026.

Yes, at exclusive discounted 2026 prices: Invisalign from around €2,289, fixed metal braces from around €2,417, and dental implants at €898.50 per implant. The consultation and X-rays for these treatments are included at no charge.

It depends on your health plan. If your Sanitas health plan is a with co-payments policy, the included dental services carry a €3 co-payment per service; if it's a without co-payments policy, there is no co-payment. Everything outside the included services is charged at the discounted 2026 tariff price.

Yes. We are an authorised Sanitas agency with an English-speaking team, so the cover, the tariffs and any questions are all handled in English.

No, not on the included services. Sanitas Dental 21 has no waiting periods on the included services, so the cover can be used from day one. The included services cover consultations, cleanings, all X-rays, extractions including wisdom teeth, and emergencies, across the Sanitas Milenium network of dental clinics. Every other treatment is charged at the discounted 2026 tariff price.

Yes. Sanitas Dental 21 includes children's services among the services included at no charge. These are a child consultation for children under 15, child teeth cleaning, children's oral health education and primary (baby) tooth extraction. Any other treatment is charged at the discounted 2026 tariff price, with the 21% discount already applied.

For dental cover on its own, HealthPlan Spain arranges paid-for Sanitas dental plans such as Sanitas Dental Milenium, Sanitas Dental and Sanitas Dental Premium.

Fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, implants, orthodontics, whitening, veneers and dentures are not among the Sanitas Dental 21 included services. These treatments are paid at the exclusive discounted 2026 prices, with the 21% discount already applied. The implant study, fluoride treatment and fissure sealants are also charged.
