Spain Bank Holidays 2020 Spain News

It’s official! The Spanish bank holidays for next year have now been published by the Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado - BOE) with the country set to enjoy 14 days off in 2020.

As an added bonus the majority of the national public holidays will take place on a Monday or a Friday meaning more long weekends for us all to enjoy!

The 14 public holidays will be made up of eight national holidays, four regional holidays and two additional holidays, which are set by each regions respective town hall.

Two holidays which will fall on a Sunday have now been moved to the following Monday, these are All Saint’s Day (now November 2) and Constitution Day (now December 7).
