Is my policy automatically renewed or do I need to manually renew or cancel it?

Your policy is automatically renewed each year unless it is cancelled by the policyholder. To cancel at renewal, you must tell Sanitas in writing at least 1 month before your renewal date (Spanish insurance law, article 22 of Ley 50/1980). An email or letter to head office is enough - and we can help you send it.
