Is my policy automatically renewed or do I need to manually renew or cancel it?

Your policy is automatically renewed each year unless it is cancelled by the policyholder. To cancel, you must give (at least) 1 month's notice (not more than 8 weeks) by telephone to head office by calling 902 400 232 after 15.00 weekdays, then they will transfer you to an English speaker in the cancellations department.
