You can start using your policy as soon as you receive all the documentation confirming that you are approved. Please note that all policies start at the beginning of the month so services can only be used from this date. If you are unsure of the date your policy starts then please check the condiciones particulares (one of your policy documents) or contact us on +34 952 835 600 for further clarification. You will receive your Sanitas member card (by post), which accredits you as a member and allows you access to our services. This card is personal and non-transferable and you must present it whenever requested by a Sanitas provider.
If we have confirmed that your policy has been approved and you need to use a Sanitas service right away, but you have not yet received your member card you can use your online digital card instead. Just log into your online account at misanitas, go to "gestiones" and then click "digital card". Your membercard will then appear on your mobile / tablet. Simply present this screen to the attending receptionist.
