The Hospital Cima in Barcelona is the first Sanitas Hospital outside of Madrid. The 11,000 sq meter building was opened in 2003 as a general hospital and offers a total of 48 rooms and 6 operating rooms, all of which are fully equipped with the latest technology. Hospital Cima provides patients with a high level of medical expertise via the 150 members of staff that are available.

Because of the space available in Hospital Cima, it is able to offer a very efficient, 24 hour emergency and paediatric department. This is open 365 days of the year and has the latest diagnostic and surgical systems. Specialists are available at any time to meet the needs of general surgery, urology, obstetrics, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and thoracic surgery.
The expertise of the specialists, practitioners and paediatricians means that waiting times are kept to a minimum but the efficiency and high quality of care are not affected and are still paramount to all patients.

The hospital provides ample parking facilities for patients and visitors. There is also an on-site restaurant called the o2 Cafe which is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

The Cima Hospital is located in the Passeig de Manuel Girona 33, 08034, Barcelona, at the junction with Carrer d' Eduardo Conde, in Sarria-Sant Garvasi.
If travelling by bus, you need services 6, 7, 16, 33, 34, 70, 72 or 74.
If travelling by train, you need Metro Linea 3 ( green). Stop at Maria Cristina, walk along Capità Arenas to Passeig Manuel Girona. Turn left and located approximately 200 meters along is the hospital.
