Hospital Quironsalud Barcelona is a member of the Quironsalud network of private hospitals here in Spain. The history of the Quironsalud group stretches as far back as 1954, which was when the first Quironsalud hospital was opened in the Zaragoza region of the country.
Since then, the Quironsalud network has grown rapidly and now boasts a total of 21 general hospitals. The group has a presence in all major regions including Andalucia, Catalonia, Madrid, Murcia, Galicia, Valencia, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
In addition to the general medical facilities, the Quironsalud Group also has a number of specialist facilities including two day hospitals, four monograph assisted reproduction centers, two ophthalmology centers and a number of consultation centers offering a wide range of medical specialities.
The Quironsalud management believe that the expertise of their 6,500 doctors, their investment in innovative cutting-edge technology and the warm and professional hospitality of their staff members, makes the Qurion network, the benchmark for private medical care in southern Europe.
